Terms, Conditions & Refund Policy
These Terms, Conditions and Refund Policy apply to bookings connected with the Times of Refreshing Conference hosted by Christian Cruises Australia.
Christian Cruises Australia accepts payment for the conference registration fee only. Cruise fares, cabin bookings, supplier deposits, and travel arrangements are handled separately through Pippa at Sunny Horizons and are also subject to Royal Caribbean’s terms and conditions.
By registering for the conference and/or proceeding with a cruise booking, you acknowledge and accept the terms below.
1. Conference Registration with Christian Cruises Australia
Payment of the conference fee secures your place in the Times of Refreshing Conference only.
The conference fee includes access to the conference sessions and related conference resources as outlined on the website.
The conference fee does not include:
- Royal Caribbean cruise fare
- Cabin accommodation
- Supplier deposits
- Port charges, taxes, or gratuities unless included in the quoted fare
- Flights or transfers
- Travel insurance
- Personal onboard purchases or optional extras
Payment of the conference fee does not guarantee a particular cabin category, fare, or cruise booking.
2. Cruise Booking Arranged Separately Through Pippa at Sunny Horizons
After registering for the conference, guests will be connected with Pippa at Sunny Horizons to arrange their cruise booking.
Cruise bookings are separate from Christian Cruises Australia and are subject to availability, supplier pricing, and the terms of the relevant travel providers.
For the current group allotment on the 19 November 2027 Voyager of the Seas sailing from Brisbane, the following twin-share pricing has been advised at the time of writing:
- Inside Cabin: $2,538.44 total
- Balcony Cabin: $3,638.44 total
- Ocean View Cabin: not held in the group allotment and subject to price of the day (currently approximately $2,836.44 total)
Twin-share pricing means the advertised cabin fare is based on two guests sharing one cabin. The total cabin price shown covers the room for two people, not one person.
If two guests share a cabin, the total fare is shared between them. However, if a solo traveller would like their own cabin, they should not expect to pay half of the advertised twin-share price. Solo occupancy will usually require a separate quote and may be significantly higher depending on current pricing and availability.
Once the allocated group cabins are booked out, any additional bookings will move to current market pricing.
For solo travellers or guests requiring 3–4 berth cabins, tailored quotes will be provided on enquiry.
Dining for the group is currently listed as 5:00pm seating. If you would prefer a separate dining time, please discuss with Pippa doing the fare booking process.
All cruise pricing is correct at the time it is quoted, but is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed until the required deposit has been paid.
3. Cruise Deposits and Payment Terms
A deposit is required to secure a cruise booking.
Current advised deposit requirements are:
- $250 per person supplier deposit, plus
- $155 additional deposit component
The additional $155 deposit component is not an extra charge on top of the total booking cost. It forms part of the total deposit required for the booking and comes off the overall booking balance.
However, in the event of cancellation, this $155 component is non-refundable.
Cruise deposits, payment schedules, and final payment deadlines are managed separately through Pippa at Sunny Horizons and may also be subject to Royal Caribbean’s terms and conditions.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
Conference Fee
The conference registration fee paid to Christian Cruises Australia applies to the conference component only.
Conference registration fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or if Christian Cruises Australia cancels the conference event.
If Christian Cruises Australia cancels the conference event, the conference registration fee paid will be refunded in full.
Cruise Booking Refunds
Cruise fares, deposits, cabin bookings, and other travel arrangements booked through Pippa at Sunny Horizons are subject to separate supplier and cruise line cancellation terms.
Christian Cruises Australia is not responsible for refund decisions, cancellation fees, fare changes, changes to twin-share or solo occupancy pricing, or penalties applied by Sunny Horizons, Royal Caribbean, or any other third-party provider.
The $155 deposit component included in the total deposit required for the cruise booking is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
5. Royal Caribbean Terms and Conditions
The cruise component of this journey is operated by Royal Caribbean and is subject to Royal Caribbean’s own booking terms, conditions, and policies.
Guests should review Royal Caribbean’s official terms and conditions before confirming their cruise booking.

6. Travel Insurance and Guest Responsibility
Guests are strongly encouraged to take out suitable travel insurance to cover cancellation, illness, travel disruption, and other unexpected events.
Each guest is responsible for ensuring they meet all travel, identification, health, and cruise requirements set by Royal Caribbean and any relevant travel provider.
7. Changes to Event or Travel Details
Christian Cruises Australia reserves the right to make reasonable changes to conference speakers, session format, schedule, or other event details if necessary.
Cruise pricing, itinerary, port stops, cabin availability, dining times, and onboard arrangements may also change and remain subject to supplier and cruise line decisions.
